Born and raised in Dublin, Kevin became a Leinster champion on the drums and accordion and had toured the east coast of America twice as a traditional Irish music drummer by the age of 12. Discovering a passion for rock music, Kevin spent his teenage years in Dublin and London drumming with bands like No Sweat and Touchdown, with a final European gig in the RDS before moving to the U.S.

After playing with various bands around Boston, San Francisco, Austin, and New York City, Kevin joined the cast of Riverdance: The Show, as a singer and drummer, touring around the States and Canada for 3 years. He performed with Riverdance in the legendary Radio City Music Hall and Gershwin Theatre, on The David Letterman Show, and at The Grammy Awards in Madison Square Garden, and he was also a featured drummer on the Riverdance: Live From New York City video.

Kevin is an accomplished uilleann piper and has performed in Studio 54 as an actor and piper in the Broadway revival of Eugene O’Neill’s classic, A Touch of the Poet, alongside Gabriel Byrne. He has also played with featured artists including Mary Black, Maura O’Connell, Frances Black, Shane McGowan and T.R Dallas.

Kevin returned to Ireland last year and joined the band in December 2019. His hard rock roots will be a super addition to the bands live performances and we are delighted to have him as part of the team.
